Crowns: discussion and reading list
the instructions for this liturgy call for a Tall White Crown.

The argument that the crowns were woven from reeds is the strongest, since weaving basketry shows us that rounded, conical, bulbous, amphora-like, horned, and tapering shapes can be done this way reasonably well, cheaply, and swiftly if one knows how to weave reeds. Click on Figures/Tables, and there are some illustrations of the crown and the mushrooms it is supposedly derived from. it lends a 'new' look at the idea of the god who is dismembered and must be re-assembled; his mushroom-like phallus is eaten by a fish (another fertility symbol),
his position in the Underworld, source of mushroom spores that 'spontaneously' appear where none were seen before, etc. this may help with the White Crown construction, since knowing that a slender mushroom shape is fitting for the crownThe White Crowns were made from 1) thin leather and feathers. There was also a discussion about whether the crowns were made from 2)woven reeds, like Panama hats , or were 3) a reed frame with papyrus stretched and glued into place, or 4) fabric (linen) covered frame of unknown origin, probably reeds or grasses.

The tall, conical White Crown is sometimes shown with green stripes, bound together at the top with a cord made from plant fibres. Some Egyptologists think that this represents the simple hat made from dried grasses as worn by peasant farmers to protect themselves from the sun. This is the crown worn by Osiris, a god of agriculture, who was supposed to have taught the Egyptians how to care for the land, and how to plant and harvest their crops. This striped crown forms part of the elaborate atef crown, decorated with horns, streamers, feathers and serpents, which was worn by gods of the next world. The Red Crown of Lower Egypt was sometimes called the Green Crown and some pictures or carvings show it patterned in a basketwork design, like the neb basket."
This is the most controversial proposal .

Abstract
In this paper, I theorize that the Egyptian White and Triple Crowns were originally primordia of the entheogenic Psilocybe (Stropharia) cubensis, which an Egyptian tale known as Cheops and the Magicians allegorically explained grew on barley, and that Osiris was the God of spiritual rebirth because he personified this and other entheogenic mushrooms. I go on to theorize that the plant known commonly as the Eye of Horus, which the Egyptians included in cakes and ales designed to spiritually rebirth the living and the dead, was an entheogenic mushroom cap entirely analogous, if not identical, to Soma. Finally, I explain why so many scholars failed to discern these identities and relationships for so long.

Twin Soul Reading List
Twin Souls and Twin Flames are not the same as Soul Mates.
